What: Social Foundry is a delightful cafe in Kyneton that not only has amazing service and scrumptious food but a cute outdoor play area for the kids. Another compelling reason to support Social Foundry is the work it does to support the local community. They give locals the opportunity to learn skills in hospitality, conservation land management and woodwork.

Where: Social Foundry is at 86 Mollison Street on the corner of the main intersection in Kyneton.

Rating on the kid-friendly scale: Social Foundry ticks all the boxes. They have highchairs, a kid friendly menu, nappy change facilities and plenty of room indoors and outdoors to park a pram.

The best bit: Outdoors there is a gorgeous teepee and other play equipment.

You must try: The coffee was great, and the Special breaky wrap was delicious. My little one loved the chips.

Make a day of it: Head to Social Foundry after a trip to Turpin Falls up the road in Langley or the nearby Kyneton Community Park.
